The DigiGate Activity LogThe display window in the DigiGate program that shows the activities that occur at the system. For example: Code entries, bad passwords, alarms, doors opened and closed. etc. Can also refer to the program's database file that stores this information. shows a list of the most recent activities. These are code entries, bad passwords, alarms, and other activities that happen at the keypads or other system devices.

  • The log can display up to 10 activities at a time.
  • When the program is first started, it will automatically load the last 50 activities that were stored in the database.
  • After the program is started, the activity log will update with any activities that are currently stored in the System Controllers memory.
  • Options for the log can be set to:
    • Display the log for a specific period of time after an activity happens, then hide it automatically.
    • Display the log constantly.
    • Not display the log at all.

To change the settings:

  1. Select the UserID you wish to change and then click Edit.

  4. Set the number of activies to display.
  5. Set the number of seconds to display. If you want the Log to display constantly, set this to 0.
  6. Click OK to save any changes.

Note: Any changes made will only be in effect when logged in under the UserID that was changed.
Note: Changes will only take effect after you exit the program and log in again.
