  • Location Tracking - Always. The app uses the GPS location of the device to determine if the user is within the minimum distance of the site to be able to activate the access devices. In addition, some sites use Bluetooth low energy beacons to trigger access devices, and the phone needs to scan for these even when the app is running in the background. We do not keep any record of your device location or transmit this location to any third party.
  • Dialer. The application has a shortcut to dial the designated number for the storage facility. To be able to do this, the app must have permission to use the phone dialer and it is used strictly for this purpose only.
  • Microphone. The app has the ability to activate devices using voice commands. To do this, we need permission to use the microphone. All voice recognition processing is done on the phone, and no voice data is transmitted to us or any third party. No recordings are made. Only the command phrases for opening the gates or doors are scanned, and all other words are ignored. If you wish, you can turn off the microphone permissions and the app will continue to work without this feature.
