Storlogix has optional modules which may or may not be enabled depending on what key was used to register the software. These modules include PayXpressFunctionality of the StorLogix software, which allows a tenant to pay their rent at the keypad using a mag-stripe reader., Insomniac I-Lock, Sync, and EasyCodeA mobile application for tenants which allows them to use their phone or tablet for access in to or out of a facility. Also shows the tenant activity and alarms associated with their unit(s). Requires StorLogix 5.0 or above..

To see what modules are enabled, in the StorLogix program select the "Help" menu, and then "About StorLogix". The following window will be displayed:

Storlogix Help About.png

A list of your enabled modules is in the "Features" section.

Note: Your version numbers and other information may not be the same as what this screen shows. This is for example only.

PayXpressFunctionality of the StorLogix software, which allows a tenant to pay their rent at the keypad using a mag-stripe reader. is an optional module available in the StorLogix software that allows a tenant to pay their rent at the gate keypad, using a built-in magstripe reader.

Follow these instructions to see if you have the PayXpressFunctionality of the StorLogix software, which allows a tenant to pay their rent at the keypad using a mag-stripe reader. module installed.

Requirements:

  • A PC with the StorLogix program installed, and connected to a Falcon XTHardware controller used in conjunction with StorLogix software to control AI Devices at a site..
  • At least one APEX keypad w/ magnetic card reader installed at the facility and connected to the Falcon XTHardware controller used in conjunction with StorLogix software to control AI Devices at a site..
  • The PC must have a high speed always on connection to the internet.
  • The DOMICO login information for your facility. (Client ID, Site Name and WebKey, obtained from DOMICO )

    DLL Installation:

There are two files that are provided for the interface.

  • LSPayXpress.dll
  • LSpayXpress.dll.config

These two files are placed into the folder “C:\Program Files\PTI Integrated Systems\LogixServerLogixServer controls the transfer of information between the Falcon XT, the Event Log database and the StorLogix database. Later versions of this program run as a service and have a GUI called "Dashboard" which can handle connections to multiple sites and databases.” on the PC. (On 64 bit systems, this will be “C:\Program Files (x86)\PTI Integrated Systems\LogixServerLogixServer controls the transfer of information between the Falcon XT, the Event Log database and the StorLogix database. Later versions of this program run as a service and have a GUI called "Dashboard" which can handle connections to multiple sites and databases.”). If there is an existing LSPayXpress.dll file in the folder, replace it with the new one. It will be necessary to shut down StorLogix and the LogixServer program while replacing this file. If your system uses "LogixServer DashboardLogixServer controls the transfer of information between the Falcon XT, the Event Log database and the StorLogix database. Later versions of this program run as a service and have a GUI called "Dashboard" which can handle connections to multiple sites and databases.", you will also need to stop the LogixServer service.

Once the files have been copied into the folder, restart any programs or services that were stopped.

Configuration:

Use the Notepad program on your PC to open the “LSpayXpress.dll.config” file.

This file contains the following information for the facility:

  • Setting “ClientID” should be set to the ID provided by DOMICO .
  • Setting “WebKey” is set to the key provided by Domico. This will be a long string of letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Setting “SiteName” identifies your particular site in your organization. This is assigned by DOMICO .
  • Setting “MaxDaysOverdue” is the maximum number of days that you want to allow a tenant to be overdue and still use the keypad to pay.
  • Setting “LogLevel” is used to determine the detail of log messages that are written to the log file. Unless otherwise directed, this should not be changed.
  • Setting “TestMode” determines if the credit card is processed. “true” means that credit cards are not processed, and “false” means that they are. Set this as needed. Make sure that this setting is in all lower case letters.

Edit each of the items located after the “value” tag for each setting. DO NOT change any of the other information or formatting in the file.

Once you have changed the settings, save the file and close it.

Storlogix Setup:

DLL will contact the DOMICO payment server to obtain the balance for that users account. This may take several seconds. Note that this balance will include all units that this user is assigned to, plus any late fees.

If the user has a balance due on their account, this will be displayed to them on the following screen:

       “Pay minimum due of”
